1st International Conference on localization, translation and interpretation

TRANSTEC is sponsoring the 1st International Conference on localization, translation and interpretation: Localization bridging gaps, hosted by the School of Continuing Education, American University in Cairo.

During the two days of the conference, TRANSTEC team interact with attendees from both academia and professional market, where attendees were oriented on the various services and products provided by TRANSTEC in the translation and localization industry.

The conference hosted 30 presenters including 5 internationals, i.e. keynote speakers Claudia Mirza, CEO of Akorbi and Daniel Zeilinski, Lecturer and researcher in Applied Linguistics and Language Technology Mainz University, Germany.

The conference was a great opportunity to address market updates on translation technology, artificial intelligence applications in localization, translation and interpretation.
